An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 2x555 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive Accounts, as published in the Platform's fee schedule. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 2x555 Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance. 2x555 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within the timelines published in the Cashier section, typically five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) to three (3) business hours for bank transfers. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances.
2x555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than the player's typical transaction history or where fraud indicators are present. Withdrawal requests will not be processed to a payment method different from the one used for the corresponding deposit, except where expressly permitted by the 2x555 payments team following satisfactory verification.
All transactions on the 2x555 Platform are denominated and processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2x555 does not accept or issue payments in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion required on the player's end is the player's sole responsibility and expense.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives issued by 2x555 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are supplemented by these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Balances must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, winnings generated from Bonus Balance play are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as published in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the withdrawable balance upon withdrawal request.
The availability of specific games, betting markets, and features on the 2x555 Platform is subject to change without prior notice, including as a result of software maintenance, regulatory requirements, or provider agreements. 2x555 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or feature.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, 2x555 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the correct game state. In cases where the correct game state cannot be restored, the affected game round may be voided and any staked amount refunded to the player's Real Money Balance. 2x555 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
All games and betting markets on the 2x555 Platform have published minimum and maximum stake limits, denominated in PKR. These limits may vary by game type, player VIP tier, and individual table or market. 2x555 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

You may close your 2x555 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, 2x555 will confirm your identity and ensure any outstanding withdrawal requests are processed. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method following identity verification.
Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, 2x555 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balance (deposits net of losses) will be returned to the player following satisfactory verification, except where the balance is subject to a pending fraud investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2x555 holds its international gaming license.
